ATENDENTE DE LOCACAO - RAC NOVO HAMBURGO

Conduct customer reception at retail stores, clarifying inquiries and exceeding expectations while verifying documents and registering clients in the system. Execute vehicle transfers between stores and airports, delivering cars to customers with support on equipment usage and performing check-list inspections upon pickup and return. Manage cash opening and closing, process additional service sales, and handle contract creation, modification, and closure within the system. Monitor reservations to organize fleet availability, classify and route rental documents to administrative sectors, and assist in vehicle maintenance processes and new vehicle reception. Work a 6X1 shift schedule with a fixed salary plus commission.
