Conduct customer reception at retail stores, clarifying doubts and exceeding expectations. Execute client transfers between the store and airport, ensuring agile and secure service. Deliver vehicles to customers, providing usage information and equipment support while performing check-list inspections. Manage cash opening and closing, and handle contract creation, modification, and closure within the system. Verify client documents, register new clients, and organize reservation confirmations to reduce fleet idle time. Classify and route vehicle-related documents to administrative sectors. Assist in vehicle maintenance processes, new vehicle reception, and internal fleet transfers. Open service orders to ensure vehicle availability for store operations. Work a 6X1 schedule with a fixed salary plus commission. Requires high school diploma, valid driver's license, and Office skills.
