Job Summary
Conduct customer service at the pharmacy counter and process payments at the register. Register new products and assist with medication storage. Handle telephone inquiries to verify customer needs or branch locations. Perform inventory checks by verifying expiration dates, prices, and labels. Maintain a schedule from Monday to Friday, 13:30 to 17:30 and 18:30 to 23:00, with Saturday and Sunday shifts from 12:10 to 17:30 and 18:30 to 23:10, including a fixed Thursday off. Required Qualifications
- Ensino Médio (cursando/completo)
- Ser maior de 18 anos
- Realizar o atendimento aos clientes no balcão
- Finalizar o atendimento com a cobrança de valores no caixa
- Realizar o cadastro de produtos novos
- Auxiliar na guarda dos medicamentos
- Fazer atendimento telefônico
- Auxiliar no balanço (verificar validade, preço e etiquetas) dos medicamentos
