Conduct customer service at the pharmacy counter, process payments at the cash register, and handle phone inquiries to verify client needs or branches. Register new products, assist with medication storage, and perform balance checks to verify validity, price, and labels. Replace staff on vacation, leave, and sick leave as required. Maintain full schedule availability across São Miguel, São Lourença, Maravilha, Xanxerê, Xaxim, Concórdia, and Chapecó.
