Conduct customer service at the pharmacy counter and process payments at the cash register. Register new products and assist with medication storage. Handle telephone inquiries to verify client needs or branch locations. Perform inventory balancing checks to verify validity, pricing, and labels. Maintain a schedule from Monday to Friday (14:30–00:00), Saturdays (13:00–00:00), and Sundays/holidays (10:00–21:00) with rotating shifts and a fixed Thursday day off. Earn additional income through sales commissions on specific products.
