Operate the telephone switchboard, process wake-up calls, and direct calls to appropriate extensions. Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, then log requests into the computer system and follow up to ensure resolution. Provide information on room features, amenities, and local areas of interest. May process room service orders, answer menu questions, and assist guests with internet access and entertainment. Welcome guests according to company standards, maintain confidentiality, and support the team to reach common goals.
