Job Summary
Conduct customer service at the restaurant, verifying the menu, gifts, sound system, and air conditioning to ensure the area is organized. Perform quick surveys with clients and proactively anticipate their needs to secure satisfaction. Assist customers in using self-service kiosks for digital experiences, including menu suggestions, additional sales via "Pick Up," post-purchase services, and McCafé. Guarantee a positive family dining experience while maintaining respectful interactions. Requires high school diploma in progress or completed. Full-time or intermittent schedule with on-site meals, transportation allowance, life insurance, and profit sharing.
