Job Summary
Internship position in Customer Service supporting customer inquiries through various communication channels. Responsibilities include identifying problems and proposing solutions, directing complex cases to relevant teams, assisting in customer information recording and updating interactions, and participating in gathering customer feedback for process improvement. Previous experience in customer service is mandatory, with basic IT skills being essential; knowledge in CRM tools is a plus. Knowledge of French and/or English is valued.
