Supervise and assist children directly, including monitoring room rounds every 15 minutes, managing basic care, hygiene, and laundry, while coordinating meals and household maintenance. Document incidents, update educational plans, and prepare materials for the educational team, acting as the first point of contact for medical emergencies, behavioral crises, or urgent communications. Collaborate with educators on project development, quality management reports, and team meetings, maintaining strict adherence to center regulations and internal protocols throughout the 24-hour coverage cycle.
