Job Summary
Implement ATE test solutions for final test, characterization, and WT in both engineering and production environments. Deliver test programs in C or C++ to automate processes and collaborate with design, manufacturing, and QA teams to optimize testing workflows. Analyze test results, identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and generate detailed reports while staying updated on industry advancements. Debug analog and mixed-signal circuits and utilize lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers. Requires moderate hands-on expertise in ATE test development and debugging, working to a provided schedule with regular guidance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering
- 2+ years of experience in test engineering or related field
- Experience with ATE platforms (COHU DMDX, STS8300 is a plus)
- Basic understanding of DFT concepts and production test flows
- Experience in debugging analog and mixed-signal circuits
- Familiarity with lab equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, spectrum analyzer)
- Programming skills in C/C++, Python, or similar
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and statistical methods
- Strong understanding of analog parameters
- Fundamental understanding of using I2C, I3C, and SPI protocols
