Job Summary
Monitor Teams channels and ticketing queues for incoming assistance requests. Diagnose and provide technical solutions to technicians via telephone regarding calibrations, programming, diagnostics, troubleshooting OE Software, and other ATE services. Assist field technicians with Service Information documents and manage tooling, including installing OEM software and troubleshooting access issues. This role requires a high school diploma, five years of automotive background, and two years as an ADAS Calibration Technician. Compensation ranges from $29.00 to $35.00 per hour. ATE provides medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with a 401k match and referral bonuses. Bilingual Spanish candidates are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 5+ years of automotive background servicing and diagnosing automotive systems
- 2+ years working as an ADAS Calibration Technician
- advanced knowledge in ADAS and electrical services, equipment/tooling, and procedures
- Strong technological skills, including but not limited to: Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
- Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols related to ADAS technologies
- Knowledgeable and skillful in OEM software
- willingness to learn and stay updated on industry advancements
- Must be able to perform all services offered by ATE
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, technicians, and team members
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Must be able to hear on a telephone at times with others speaking
- Must be able to work/sit for longs periods of time
