Job Summary
Lead and manage the Photo engineering team to successfully transfer and implement brand-new techniques and processes. Develop and optimize Photo recipes to ensure exceptionally high-quality and performance standards. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to determine and address process integration challenges. Strictly monitor and maintain equipment performance to achieve flawless operational efficiency. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and yield. Successfully lead the transfer of Photo technology and implement it effectively.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of industry experience working as Process Owner within Photolithography including Immersion/EUV scanner, TRACK and mask knowledge
- Proven experience in Photo process development and optimization
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating engineering teams
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities and a strategic approach
- World-class teamwork and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams
- Ability to determine and implement solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient in English and communication

- Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous approach
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in Data Science and Programming skills
- Demonstrated experience in a managerial or leadership role within an engineering team
