Job Summary
Learn the industry standard of manufacturer specifications with high-quality controls through hands-on training with experienced Field Technicians. Master diagnostics, calibrations, programming, scanning, and wire/connector repair to become a stand-alone technician. Apply strong problem-solving and communication skills to support customers and team members while adhering to original equipment specifications. This entry-level role supports ATE's mission to provide accurate vehicle diagnostic scanning and calibration services in the collision industry, helping technicians achieve career advancement.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Prior experience in Automotive Technology Support
- Strong technological skills, including but not limited to: Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, technicians, and team members
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
