Job Summary
Conduct hands-on training under experienced Field Technicians to master manufacturer specifications for diagnostics, calibrations, programming, scanning, and wire/connector repair. Develop skills to operate as a stand-alone technician while adhering to high-quality control standards. Apply strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills to interact professionally with customers, technicians, and team members. Requires high school diploma or GED and prior automotive technology support experience. Earn $18.00–$21.00 per hour. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Prior experience in Automotive Technology Support
- Strong technological skills, including but not limited to: Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, technicians, and team members
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
