ATC Teacher Development Manager

The ATC Teacher Development Manager monitors the teacher training and progress of Fellows enrolled in the Arkansas Teacher Corps program and facilitates learning communities for novice teachers to increase student achievement. Responsibilities include coaching teachers toward excellence, facilitating workshops and the Summer Institute, observing and debriefing instruction, analyzing data to assess classroom needs, and promoting professionalism and collaboration within cohorts. The role also tracks attendance and program requirements, supports Fellows with goal setting and differentiated interventions, collaborates with the ATC team to identify gaps, and helps recruit Fellows. The position requires travel across the state to support Fellows, with full-time on-site involvement during the seven-week Summer Institute and occasional evenings/weekends. A bachelor's degree and K-12 teaching experience are required, along with experience developing or managing adults and building relationships with communities.
