Job Summary
Athletic Trainer (ATC) sought to join Fort HealthCare’s Rehab Services team. The LAT will plan, coordinate and implement prevention, evaluation, rehabilitation, and emergency medical care for student athletes, provide traditional athletic training and sports medicine services in the clinic and onsite for the industrial athlete, and cover athletic events as per contracts. Responsibilities include performing evaluations, developing and adjusting plans of care, documenting evaluations and progress notes, and communicating with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team. Requires ability to operate relevant modalities/equipment, strong documentation, and effective time management. Education/credentials include BLS, NATABOC certification, and Wisconsin licensure or eligibility; master’s degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Masters Degree preferred
- BLS Certification
- NATABOC certification or license eligible to practice Athletic Training in Wisconsin
- Valid WI Drivers' License
