As an At Your Service Center Colleague at Macy’s, you’ll play a central role in delivering a seamless, personalized shopping experience across activities like Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), merchandise returns, order pickups, and related tasks. You’ll contribute to achieving sales goals while maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting shopping space, and you’ll engage customers with warmth, genuine hospitality, and clear communication. The role requires strong multitasking, problem-solving, attention to detail, flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and collaboration with the team to support customers and store operations. The position emphasizes customer service, merchandise handling, and supporting store fulfillment with a customer-first mindset, including helping customers understand loyalty benefits and ensuring efficient pickup and curbside services. Essential duties include greeting customers, assisting with transactions, keeping areas tidy, recovering merchandise, and contributing to an overall welcoming store environment.
