Job Summary
At Your Service Center Associate at Macy's (Saint Louis Galleria) provides a seamless, personalized shopping experience across Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), merchandise returns, and order pickups. You will support all At Your Service activities, maintain a clean and inviting space, and help customers with transactions, loyalty benefits, and store goals. Key duties include assisting with BOPS and pickup processes, recovering merchandise, keeping pickup and return areas organized, and engaging customers with genuine hospitality while meeting daily sales goals. Must be flexible to work varied shifts (nights, weekends, holidays) and demonstrate strong multitasking, problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, teamwork, and a customer-first mindset.
