Job Summary
At Your Service Colleague role at Macy's centers on delivering a seamless, personalized shopping experience through support of Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), merchandise returns, order pickups, and related tasks. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, inviting shopping space; assisting customers with total store fulfillment; engaging customers to build relationships; reviewing sales goals and staying informed about new arrivals and promotions; facilitating curbside pickup and ensuring accurate register transactions; and contributing to a team-focused, hospitality-driven environment with flexible shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays). Essential qualities include strong multitasking, problem-solving, attention to detail, customer-first mindset, effective communication, teamwork, and the ability to operate occasionally heavy equipment and lift up to 25 lbs.
