At Your Service Center Associate, South Beach - Part Time

At Your Service Center Associate duties include supporting all At Your Service activities such as Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), merchandise returns, order pickups, and related tasks while upholding Macy’s service standards. You’ll help maintain a clean, organized shopping space, assist customers with total store fulfillment, be proficient with necessary systems to complete transactions, and ensure a friction-free pick-up experience. The role emphasizes customer hospitality, meeting sales goals, learning about new arrivals and promotions, and collaborating with teammates. Essential tasks also include stock/merchandise recovery, curbside/ pickup/ return areas upkeep, promoting loyalty benefits, and delivering excellent customer service across shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
