As a Macy’s At Your Service Center Colleague at South Bay Galleria, you’ll deliver a seamless, personalized shopping experience—supporting BOPS, merchandise returns, order pickups, and related tasks while upholding service standards. You’ll work across a fast-paced environment with multitasking, problem-solving, and a customer-first mindset, including shifts that may cover nights, weekends, and holidays. You’ll engage customers, assist with total store fulfillment (By Online and Pick Up in Store), operate the cash register, maintain a clean and inviting pickup area, recover merchandise, and help guide customers through loyalty benefits and store promotions.
