Job Summary
Greet customers with genuine hospitality, manage Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) orders, and process merchandise returns while maintaining a clean, organized pickup area. Assist with curbside delivery, recover merchandise, and ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks. Review daily sales goals, learn new product arrivals, and share loyalty program benefits to drive customer engagement. Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays

- Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Makes prompt, sound decisions in real time to effectively address customer needs and resolve issues

- Responsible for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits
- Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information

- Standing for at least two consecutive hours
