Job Summary
Greet customers with genuine hospitality, assist with merchandise returns, and manage Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) order pickups and curbside deliveries. Process register transactions using handheld equipment and cash registers while maintaining organized collection areas. Recover merchandise to keep the space clean and ensure timely fulfillment. Review daily sales goals, learn new arrivals and promotions, and share Loyalty program benefits to acquire new customers. Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Makes prompt, sound decisions in real time to effectively address customer needs and resolve issues

- Responsible for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits
- Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information
- Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities
