Job Summary
Greet customers with genuine hospitality, review sales goals, and stay updated on new arrivals and promotions. Assist with all store fulfillment tasks including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), merchandise returns, and order pickups while ensuring the collection area remains organized. Maintain a shoppable space by recovering merchandise, keeping pickup and return areas clean, and ensuring timely curbside delivery. Share Loyalty program benefits, acquire new customers by opening credit accounts, and end interactions with sincere thank-yous. Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet daily sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Makes prompt, sound decisions in real time to effectively address customer needs and resolve issues
- Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues
- Meeting daily sales goal challenges
- Responsible for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits
- Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information
- Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities
