Job Summary
Deliver seamless shopping experiences by supporting Buy Online Pickup In Store, merchandise returns, and order pickups; maintain an organized pickup/return area and assist customers with transactions while upholding Macy’s service standards. Engage customers with genuine hospitality, reinforce sales goals, and communicate loyalty benefits and credit options. Demonstrate strong multitasking, problem-solving, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifts that include nights, weekends, and holidays. Collaborate with teammates to ensure an inviting, organized space and a friction-free pickup experience, including curbside and in-store order fulfillment.
Required Qualifications
