Job Summary
As an At Your Service Center Colleague, you will deliver a seamless, personalized shopping experience by supporting BOPS, merchandise returns, and order pickups, maintaining a clean and organized pickup/return area, and engaging customers with hospitality. You will help meet sales goals, educate customers on loyalty benefits, and assist with shopping, conversations, and transactions in a fast-paced retail environment, including variable shifts such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to operate and process transactions on a cash register
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Team-oriented with a guest-first mindset
