Job Summary
Advocate for the customer and serve as a role model to colleagues as an elevated hourly team member. Lead customer-focused service with problem-solving and brand-loyalty-building activities, promote the Macy's mobile app, and drive omni-channel initiatives such as Online Pickup in Store and Curbside. Collaborate with People Leaders to communicate priorities, lead tasks, provide feedback to improve the customer experience, and participate in opening/closing procedures. Support education on POS technology and fulfillment processes, and maintain the At Your Service area and related back-of-house standards to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays; prior retail experience and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of direct retail experience preferred
