Job Summary
Drive customer satisfaction and problem-solving by converting returns to exchanges, promoting the mobile app, and resolving issues through fast feedback. Lead colleagues in executing assigned tasks, maintaining At Your Service areas for online pickup and curbside, and performing store opening/closing procedures including alarm system access. Monitor total store activities with People Leaders, educate staff on POS technology and RF equipment, and foster an environment of acceptance and respect. Full-time colleagues work 30+ hours weekly; part-time roles are 12-24 hours. Schedule depends on business needs and availability.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Proficient in communicating effectively with customers and providing clear direction to colleagues
- Self-starter in adapting quickly to changing customer expectations and needs
- Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prolonged periods (at least two consecutive hours) of standing/walking around the store or department
- Frequent use of computers and handheld electronic equipment
- Reaching, including above eye level, crouching, kneeling, stooping and color vision
- Lifting and moving items weighing up to 30lbs
- Must be available for days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must have regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Must be proficient in communicating effectively with customers and providing clear direction to colleagues
- Must be a self-starter in adapting quickly to changing customer expectations and needs
- Must be resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines
- Must be able to perform prolonged periods (at least two consecutive hours) of standing/walking around the store or department
- Must be able to frequently use computers and handheld electronic equipment
- Must be able to reach, including above eye level, crouching, kneeling, stooping and have color vision
- Must be able to lift and move items weighing up to 30lbs
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of direct retail experience preferred
