"At Your Service" AYS Agent

Provide courteous and professional guest service as an At Your Service (AYS) Agent, supporting front office and room service operations. Responsibilities include pre-arrival and reservation preparation, room blocking and inventory support, group and sales support, chat and guest case management, incident handling and documentation, restaurant reservations and phone coverage, taking in-room dining orders, coordinating in-room amenities, processing payments, and supporting service recovery while adhering to safety policies. Requires a minimum of one year of experience in a similar hotel role and a Hospitality/Tourism degree or credential. Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential, with the ability to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
