At Your Service Agent responsible for acting as the main point of contact for guest requests, answering incoming calls, dispatching requests, taking room service orders, and following up to ensure guest satisfaction. Duties include communicating guest needs to appropriate departments, resolving guest complaints through thorough research and negotiated outcomes, remaining calm during emergencies and busy hotel periods, adhering to attendance rules, and performing other job-related duties as assigned. Required qualifications include previous guest service experience, a friendly and professional demeanor, the ability to multitask, strong computer skills, and a High School Diploma. Location is Virginia Beach, VA. This is a full-time role seeking a customer-service oriented candidate with hospitality experience.
