Job Summary
Sales Manager (B2B) for Flavours and Food Ingredients Distribution with a home-office setup covering Eastern Austria, Slovenia, Croatia (and Hungary), focusing on acquiring and expanding regional customers, managing long-term relationships, planning and delivering regional sales targets, handling projects and offers, contract and win-back activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requires degree in Food Technology or similar, fluent German and English, driving license, and sales experience in AT/SI/HR with travel willingness; role involves representing the company at trade fairs and events, traveling within the assigned region, and working autonomously from a home office. Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Food Technology or similar
- Excellent German and English skills
- Very organized, reliable, positive thinking
- Valid driving license
- Sales experience in Austria, Slovenia, Croatia (and willingness to travel)
- Knowledge of the food or beverage industry or relevant technical expertise
- Confident use of MS Office and experience with an ERP system
