Job Summary
Conduct personal care and hygiene assistance, support clients with mobility and ambulation, and prepare meals while managing light housekeeping duties. Assist clients with light exercise, accompany them on shopping trips, and ensure appropriate medication administration. Report health changes or unusual incidents immediately and respond quickly to emergencies. Provide pleasant, supportive companionship and remind clients of their schedules. Maintain reliable transportation to client homes and adhere to strict health and safety standards. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and First Aid training. Offers flexible shift options ranging from 2 to 12 hours with competitive wages and comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Drivers License
- Car Insurance
- Reliable Personal Vehicle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Training in First Aid and emergency response
- Excellent time-management skills
- Reliable transportation to get to and from client homes at the times you're scheduled to provide care
- Physical endurance when it comes to things like carrying groceries and physically supporting a client
- Ability to perform housekeeping and cooking duties while adhering to applicable dietary constraints
- Willingness and ability to comply with state and office-specific health and safety standards (ex., background check)
