Job Summary
Conduct personal care and hygiene assistance, prepare meals, and manage light housekeeping while accompanying clients on shopping trips and errands. Provide mobility support during appointments, administer prescribed medications, and report health changes or emergencies promptly. Deliver supportive companionship and ensure clients adhere to custom care plans and dietary constraints. Maintain reliable transportation to client homes and comply with state health and safety standards. Full-time and part-time shifts available, including 8, 10, and 12-hour rotations with opportunities for advanced dementia care training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Drivers License
- Car Insurance
- Reliable Personal Vehicle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Training in First Aid and emergency response
- Excellent time-management skills
- Reliable transportation to get to and from client homes at the times you're scheduled to provide care
- Confidence in physical endurance when it comes to things like carrying groceries and physically supporting a client
- Comfort performing housekeeping and cooking duties while adhering to applicable dietary constraints
- Willingness and ability to comply with state and office-specific health and safety standards (ex., background check)
