Job Summary
Conduct personal care, hygiene, and mobility assistance for clients while preparing meals and managing light housekeeping. Assist with physical exercise, accompany clients on shopping trips, and ensure appropriate medication administration. Monitor health changes, report incidents, and respond quickly to emergencies with reliable transportation. Maintain excellent time management to juggle multiple duties while adhering to state and office health and safety standards. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Drivers License
- Car Insurance
- Reliable Personal Vehicle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Training in First Aid and emergency response
- Excellent time-management skills
- Reliable transportation to get to and from client homes at the times you're scheduled to provide care
- Confidence in physical endurance when it comes to things like carrying groceries and physically supporting a client
- Comfort performing housekeeping and cooking duties while adhering to applicable dietary constraints
- Willingness and ability to comply with state and office-specific health and safety standards (ex., background check)
- Compassion, understanding, and a desire to brighten the day of each client
