Job Summary
Develop and implement ABA treatment plans for pediatric clients; supervise and mentor RBTs to ensure high-quality care; collaborate with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth; deliver evidence-based therapy in a play-focused environment; manage a manageable caseload with supportive leadership pathways, and participate in remote-work accommodations (up to 3 work-from-home days per month and additional assessment-related days) within a Monday–Friday daytime schedule. Relocation packages and comprehensive benefits are available to support practitioners transitioning to the role.
