Job Summary
Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging. Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care. Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth. Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment. Remote work is available up to 3 days/month plus additional home-work days per year, with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule. Center-based role with relocation options and a clear path toward senior leadership within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- BCBA certification
- Master's degree in ABA or related field
- Ability to supervise RBTs and provide mentorship
- Develop and deliver treatment plans that are clinically sound and engaging
