Develop treatment plans that are clinically sound and engaging, supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians to support consistent, high-quality care, and collaborate with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth. Work Monday through Friday during daytime hours with a remote work benefit of up to three days per month.
