Job Summary
Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services, overseeing patient assessments and developing individualized treatment plans. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements while providing training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care. Foster a culture of teamwork, self-improvement, and professional development within the center. Manage manageable caseloads of up to eight children while working Monday through Friday during daytime hours.
