Job Summary
Provide direct therapeutic services to clients including individuals, couples, family, and group counseling for those age six and above. Assess psychosocial needs and deliver a full spectrum of support programs while exercising independent judgment on matters of significance. Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, documentation, and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical codes. Offer crisis intervention via phone or walk-ins, participate in Case Review Team audits, and maintain regular contact with a Clinical Supervisor. Provide progress updates to social services and probation authorities as required. Review protocols on a scheduled basis. Maintain regular contact with a Clinical Supervisor per licensing requirements. Participate in QA activities and audits.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, social work or related field
- License or certified LCSW or LMFT
- CPR Certification (BLS Child, Infant, Adult)
- Experience/familiarity with computers, Microsoft Office products (Word/Excel), business e-mail communication systems and internet search capabilities
