Job Summary
Provide direct therapeutic services to clients including individuals, couples, family, and group counseling for ages six and above. Assess psychosocial needs and deliver a full spectrum of support programs while exercising independent judgment on matters of significance. Manage intake assessments, treatment plans, documentation, and case management in strict compliance with legal and ethical codes. Deliver crisis intervention services via phone or walk-ins as needed and participate in Case Review Team audits. Maintain regular contact with the Clinical Supervisor and provide progress updates to outside authorities such as social services and probation. Review protocols on a scheduled basis and link clients to external agencies for comprehensive treatment.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, social work or related field
- License or certified LCSW or LMFT
- CPR Certification (BLS Child, Infant, Adult)
- Experience/familiarity with computers, Microsoft Office products (Word/Excel), business e-mail communication systems and internet search capabilities
