Job Summary
Lead and train a Merchandising team across designated stores in the Boston/Framingham area. Travel using a personal vehicle to perform in-store merchandising tasks, manage planograms, inventory, and displays to brand standards, collaborate with project managers and field operations to keep projects within scope and on schedule, and mentor teammates while providing constructive feedback to drive growth and excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license
- Access to a reliable personal vehicle
- Proof of current auto Insurance coverage
- Smartphone with internet, phone, text, and email access
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform duties including lifting, bending, stooping, climbing ladders
