Job Summary
As Merchandising Area Supervisor, lead and train a team of Merchandising Associates across assigned retail territory, traveling to in-store tasks using a personal vehicle. Responsibilities include executing planograms, building displays, maintaining inventory, and ensuring brand standards are met. Collaborate with project managers and field operations to complete projects on time and within scope; mentor team members, provide constructive feedback, and resolve issues with associates, store management, and brand clients. Maintain high integrity in daily duties, identify challenges, and develop solutions to drive store-level success. Requires lifting up to 50 lbs, independent travel to retail locations, and a valid driver's license with auto insurance. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable personal vehicle
- Proof of current personal Auto Insurance coverage
- Possess a Smartphone with access to the internet, phone, text, and email
- This position involves lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
- Independent travel to retail locations
- Experience leading and training a team of Merchandising Associates
- Ability to execute planograms and build displays to meet brand standards
- Strong collaboration with project managers, field operations, and store personnel
- Access to transportation to travel within designated stores/territory
