Astro Turf Maintenance Operative

Conduct regular astro turf grooming, brushing, and cleaning of synthetic turf using specialized power brushes and drag mats. Check and top up sand or rubber infill levels, remove debris through sweeping or vacuuming, and repair damaged seams. Safely operate, maintain, and clean tractors and grooming equipment while completing site reports with photos. Adhere to health and safety regulations and identify or report moss and weed growth. Occasionally assist with surrounding area maintenance, including hard surfaces, fencing, and winter snow clearance. Requires a full driver's license, at least two years of astro turf experience, and ability to travel across Aberdeenshire, Aberdeen City, Dundee, Forfar, and Carnoustie. Full-time permanent role with annualised hours from April to October and November to March. Robertson Facilities Management covers multiple sites in the North East of Scotland.
