Job Summary
Senior Commercial Leader, New Modality, to drive commercial strategy, business viability assessment, market shaping, and go-to-market model development for innovative new modality products in Japan (including Cell Therapy and Radioconjugates), with responsibility for cross-functional alignment, customer/patient insights, and lifecycle launch readiness. Leads profitability targets, pricing and supply scenario analyses, patient access planning, treatment-site network design, and evidence-based value propositions, and partners with New Modality Strategy Lead (R&D) to ensure alignment of commercial strategy with corporate decisions. Designs Japan-optimized GTM models, oversees multi-indication launch strategies, and defines commercial capabilities required for successful launch readiness, including field force design, account management, digital engagement, and patient support programs. Fluent in business Japanese and English; strong executive-level stakeholder management and strategic partnership skills; expected to influence senior leadership and collaborate with global teams.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years extensive experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Leading New Product launch Commercialization track record with new modalities (Car-T as must and if possible, RC as well)
- Experience influencing senior leadership decision making
- Track record in P&L management and business case development
- Proven experience in collaboration with global teams
