Job Summary
Oversee daily theater operations including payroll, cash deposits, loss prevention, and opening/closing procedures. Manage staff to ensure Food and Beverage runs smoothly while enforcing company policies and standards. Maintain guest experience quality through direct interaction and accurate handling of large volumes of items and cash. Provide mentorship to support team efficiency and uphold maturity and dedication required for this leadership role.
Required Qualifications
- extensive working knowledge of the theater operations
- personable with guests
- able to support the staff in an efficient and pleasant manner
- accurate and meticulous in counting large volumes of items and cash
- at least 18 years old
- prior management experience
- food handlers card and/or equivalent Food Manager Certification
