Job Summary
Execute Amazon operations tasks while managing customer care emails and overseeing PPC performance using M19 to adjust TACoS targets. Manage forecasting in Sostocked by creating transfer orders, loading shipments, and adjusting for seasonality. Run daily controls across systems to catch issues before they escalate. Work Monday to Friday, 9:00-5:30 GMT, fully remote. This hands-on role supports a quality-first signage brand shipping across the US, Canada, Australia, and UK, where you'll take ownership of initiatives as the business scales.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and day-to-day operations
- An analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Fluent English and good communication skills
- A proactive, self-starter mentality
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with inventory forecasting and supply chain basics
- PPC knowledge and understanding the difference between ACoS and TACoS
- Familiarity with tools like Sostocked, M19, or similar platforms
- Being tech-savvy and comfortable researching new tools and staying on top of trends
- Naturally curious and eager to learn
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small team
