Job Summary
Contact prescribers, caregivers, and patients to schedule return services and conduct inventory management including cycle counts. Move inventory to sites for fittings at hospitals, patient homes, and clinics as necessary. Travel to patient residences and healthcare facilities to provide retrieval services, assist patients in packing the Assure® system, and transmit essential paperwork. Manage the return of inventory by coordinating drop-offs at local FedEx or approved Walgreens locations and shipping partners. Accept assignments including daytime, evening, and weekend hours with frequent car travel within an agreed geography. Adhere strictly to the Pledge of Confidentiality and HIPAA regulations when handling patient information.
Required Qualifications
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a comprehensive background check following offer of Agreement
- Valid driver's license in state of residence with a satisfactory driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to provide proof of motor vehicle insurance
- Knowledge of MS Office, MS Teams
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted, at times from in and out of vehicle
- Ability to handle Assure ® system kits, garments, and electronic equipment with care and attention to detail
- Trustworthy and able to abide by all HIPPA regulations and Kestra policies
- Ability to work independently
