ASSURE Inventory Service Associate (ISA) - Ocala, FL (1099 Contractor)

Job Summary
Contact prescribers, caregivers, and patients to schedule return services for the Assure® system. Conduct inventory management including cycle counts, then move inventory to hospital sites, patient homes, and clinics as needed. Travel to these locations to provide retrieval services, assist patients in packing components, and review paperwork before transmitting essential documents. Manage the return of inventory kits, garments, and electronic equipment by dropping them off at local FedEx or approved Walgreens locations. Accept assignments for daytime, evening, and weekend hours while adhering to confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a comprehensive background check following offer of Agreement
- Valid driver's license in state of residence with a satisfactory driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to provide proof of motor vehicle insurance
- Knowledge of MS Office, MS Teams
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted, at times from in and out of vehicle
- Ability to handle Assure ® system kits, garments, and electronic equipment with care and attention to detail
- Trustworthy and able to abide by all HIPPA regulations and Kestra policies
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work with prescribers, patients, and caregivers
- Comfortable with entering patient residences
- Highly organized, service and detail orientated
- Strong time-management skills
- Ability to accept assignments as necessary, which could include daytime, evening, and weekend hours
- Ability to travel to patient homes, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities
- Frequent travel by car in agreed upon geography
