Job Summary

Contact prescribers, caregivers, and patients to schedule return services for the Assure® system. Conduct inventory management and cycle counts, then move inventory to sites for fittings at hospitals, patient homes, and clinics. Travel to these locations to provide retrieval services, assist patients in packing components, and review paperwork before transmitting essential documents. Manage the return of inventory by dropping off equipment at local FedEx or approved Walgreens locations and coordinating drop-offs with preferred shipping partners. Accept assignments for daytime, evening, and weekend hours while adhering to a pledge of confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.

Required Qualifications

Highschool diploma or equivalent
Completion of a comprehensive background check following offer of Agreement
Valid driver's license in state of residence with a satisfactory driving record
Reliable transportation
Ability to provide proof of motor vehicle insurance
Knowledge of MS Office, MS Teams
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted, at times from in and out of vehicle

Trustworthy and able to abide by all HIPPA regulations and Kestra policies
Ability to work independently
