Job Summary

Contact prescribers, caregivers, and patients to schedule return services and conduct inventory management including cycle counts. Move inventory to hospital sites, patient homes, and clinics as needed, then assist patients in packing the Assure® system and reviewing retrieval paperwork. Travel to locations to provide retrieval services, drop off equipment at FedEx or Walgreens, and coordinate shipments with preferred partners. Accept assignments for daytime, evening, and weekend hours while adhering to confidentiality and HIPAA regulations. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and MS Office proficiency required.

Required Qualifications

Highschool diploma or equivalent
Completion of a comprehensive background check following offer of Agreement
Valid driver's license in state of residence with a satisfactory driving record
Reliable transportation
Ability to provide proof of motor vehicle insurance
Knowledge of MS Office, MS Teams
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted, at times from in and out of vehicle

Trustworthy and able to abide by all HIPPA regulations and Kestra policies
Ability to work independently
